To Reserve any items a down payment is required. Down payment is equal to 20% of the rental order or $50, whichever is greater.
Qualified organizations may submit a signed copy of quote/reservation with PO to guarantee the rental items.
30 Day Notice of Cancellation Policy is in effect on ALL Rental Orders
Items and pricing on any rental “Reservation” are held and guaranteed. Items and pricing on a “Quote” are not held or guaranteed.
For any confirmed “Reservation” items cannot be removed or cancelled within 30 days of the event date.
If notice to cancel is received within the 30 day window customer will be charged for all items on the order as if it were still a valid order.
Any Cancellation received more then 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of any monies paid towards the event.
Inflatable game rentals may qualify for a weather cancellation if the weather conditions on the day of the event are unacceptable for safe setup.
We do not accept cancellations based on forecast of bad weather.
Additional Fees: The rental agreement and fees charged are for “normal condition” setups. Additional fees may be added if the delivery area is not easily accessible and causes additional labor to complete the delivery. Situations such as this include but are not limited to the  required use of elevators, stairs, dolly or transport over rockscapes, and setup locations which are not accessible within 200 feet of the trailer. Fees will be assessed on a per job basis as deemed necessary

Retail Purchases:
 Spoil Me Rotten will gladly refund the purchase value of any unopened retail item purchased in store or in conjunction with any rental purchase. To qualify for refund the item must be unopened and/or undamaged. Return of merchandise and/or request for refund must be received no more than 30 days from the date of purchase/event. Requests outside of the 30 day window of return may only qualify for in-store credit. No Refunds will be granted for special order items or custom made items including but not limited to banners, signs, center pieces, and/or glassware. All Shipping costs to and from are the sole responsibility of the buyer/purchaser. Spoil Me Rotten & Party Rentals has the right to refuse refund based on condition of product being returned.

– Any and all disputes of monies forfeited and/or contracts not honored with a value of $10,000 or less must be filed at the Lubbock County Small Claims Court Precinct 2. Claims in excess of $10,000 must utilize the Lubbock Mediation Center Arbitration Process with the American Arbitrator Association guidelines to be followed. No matter the findings the cost of the arbitration process are the sole responsibility of the person placing claim.
