Spoil Me Rotten will happily deliver and setup any rental item. Free Delivery & Pickup is included in the City of Lubbock for any rental order of $199 or greater.
For orders less than $199 a Small Order Fee of $75 can be paid to receive delivery & pickup of the item(s)

Our normal Delivery & Pickup times are scheduled from 7AM-7PM
Customers that require earlier/later times will be charged an After Hours Fee.
Please see below for additional fees that may apply for any rental order with specific time requirements

Exact Time Delivery/Pickup can be scheduled for an additional fee of $125 per scheduled entry

After Hours Pickup / Delivery Fees & Overnight Fees
From 7:01PM – 10PM $125
From 10:01PM – 1AM $225
From 1:01AM – 6AM $500
An Overnight fee of $50 can be paid on any inflatable game rental – By paying this fee we will pick the unit up the following day

After Hour Mechanical Game Attendant Fee – For any Event scheduled for pickup After 11PM the fee is $300

Cancellation Policy:

31 Day Notice of Cancellation is Required to receive a Full Refund of Payment

Cancellations received within the 31 day window of event date will be handled accordingly

15-30 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 25% of the Rental Items Will be Charged

5-14 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Rental Items Will be Charged

1-4 Days Notice – No Cancellations or Refunds will be given

Exact Time Deliveries are available for customers with very specific timing needs.
An expedited delivery fee of $125 will be added to any order requiring Exact Time Delivery on our schedule
